Estimates and Service Calls

All estimates provided by Mark's Plumbing & Backflow are based on the information available at the time of inspection.

Additional issues, concealed damage, code violations, deterioration, or unforeseen conditions discovered during service may result in additional charges.

A service call fee may apply to diagnostic visits, inspections, emergency service requests, troubleshooting appointments, and on-site evaluations.

Service call fees compensate for technician travel time, diagnosis, expertise, and evaluation of the plumbing issue and may be separate from repair costs.

Contracts and Invoices

Approved estimates, invoices, proposals, work orders, and signed service agreements constitute authorization to perform work.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all estimates and invoices before approval.

Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

Failure to pay may result in collection efforts, additional fees, legal action, or suspension of future services.

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of plumbing services, labor, diagnostic work, inspections, service calls, emergency responses, repairs, installations, maintenance services, and completed work are non-refundable.

Once services have been scheduled, dispatched, performed, completed, or materials have been purchased, refunds will generally not be provided.

Any concerns regarding completed work must be reported promptly so that we may evaluate the situation.
